First, check your password

Mail Server Settings

• Username: your full email address
• Incoming server: mail. followed by your domain name e.g. mail.example.com — IMAP port 993 / POP port 995
• Outgoing server: smtp. followed by your domain name e.g. smtp.example.com — SMTP port 465
• Encryption: SSL/TLS

Note: You will be setting up an IMAP account, which will allow you to access your email from any device. Your mailbox is also available online via Webmail.

Outlook Mobile on iOS

1. Launch the Outlook app on your mobile phone.
2. If this is the first account to be set up, skip to step 3. If you have other accounts set up, open the Menu> tap Settings > Add Account.
3. An Add Account screen will appear. Enter your email address and select Add Account.
4. If the automatic setup works, you will see the settings appear and you may go to step 7. If the automatic setup does not work, select Set Up Account Manually and then IMAP.
5. Complete the following fields:
   1. Email address – type in your full email address (in lowercase)
   2. Password – type your email password (forgotten passwords can be reset in your control panel)
   3. Display name – your full name (e.g. John Smith)
   4. Description – e.g. Work
6. Complete all Advanced Settings:
   1. IMAP Incoming Mail Server – mail. followed by your domain name e.g. mail.example.com*
   2. IMAP Username – your full email address
   3. IMAP Password – your mailbox password
   4. SMTP Outgoing Mail Server – smtp. followed by your domain name e.g. smtp.example.com*
   5. SMTP Username – your full email address (same as IMAP)
   6. SMTP Password – your mailbox password (same as IMAP)
7. Click on Sign In. The next screen will confirm that the email account has been added successfully.
8. If you would like to add another email account, select Let's Do it! If not, select Maybe Later.

Outlook Mobile on Android

1. Launch the Outlook app on your mobile phone.
2. If this is the first account to be set up, skip to step 3. If you have other accounts set up, select your profile icon to access the menu, then select the Settings icon (cog), then Add an account.
3. An Add account screen will appear. Enter your email address and select Continue.
4. Select Set Up Account Manually if this option displays. If not, skip to step 6.
   Note: If the setup goes straight to setup an Exchange mailbox (says "Connect Exchange" at the top), click on the small question mark at the top and change it to connect IMAP.
5. Select IMAP under the Advanced setting.
6. You will be prompted to select an account type. Select IMAP Direct.
7. Complete all Advanced Settings:
   1. Email address – type in your full email address (in lowercase)
   2. Display name – your full name (e.g. John Smith)
   3. Description – e.g. Work
   4. IMAP Host Name & Port – mail. followed by your domain name e.g. mail.example.com* / port number is 993
   5. Security Type: choose SSL/TLS
   6. IMAP Username – your full email address
   7. IMAP Password – your mailbox password
   8. SMTP Host Name & Port – smtp. followed by your domain name e.g. smtp.example.com* / 465
   9. Security Type: choose SSL/TLS
   10. SMTP Username – your full email address (same as IMAP)
   11. SMTP Password – your mailbox password (same as IMAP)
   
8. Select the tick at the top right and the app will attempt to log in.
9. The next screen will confirm that the email account has been added successfully.
10. If you would like to add another email account, select Add. If not, select Maybe later.
